SLP community store opens in Olongapo City

The Department of Social Welfare Development (DSWD) through its Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) has granted its 26 members a P390,000 seed capital fund to build a SLP Pinagpala Community Store at Iram, New Cabalan, Olongapo City.

Through the community store, basic goods such as rice, sugar, and agricultural products are now accessible and available to the residents of Iram.

The DSWD Sustainable Livelihood Program is a community based capacity building program that seeks to improve the program participants’ socio economic status. (DSWD III Central Luzon)
