SM City Pampanga, SM City Telabastagan and SM City San Fernando Downtown received awards and special citations at the City of San Fernando Tourism Star Awards 2022. 

The SM malls in Pampanga received the Incident Management Team (IMT) Compliant MICE Facility and the Partner Organization award for its active partnership, contribution and support to the programs and events of the City Government of San Fernando.

Sky Ranch Pampanga was recognized as an Accredited Tourism Recreation Center for upholding the standards of the Department of Tourism.

At the City of San Fernando Tourism Awards held on September 28, SM malls were represented by SM City Pampanga Mall Manager Aaron Montenegro, Assistant Mall Managers Charm Bacani and Lester Pamintuan, SM City San Fernando Downtown Mall Manager Alan Dale Parungao, SM City Telabastagan Mall Manager Lana Erroba and PR Manager Rain Cervantes.
