BAMBAN, TARLAC- Members of the Sacobia River Watershed Coordinating Body (SRWCB) gathered here Thursday, 11 November 2021, to identify possible areas for the establishment of tree nurseries, following a proposal by Widus Foundation Incorporated (WFI) to fund community extension activities in Sacobia.

Two sites, proposed by Clark Development Corporation (CDC), were inspected: one in San Vicente and another in Santo Niño, both of them being in Bamban.

The group also visited the offices of the former Sacobia Development Authority and met with some leaders of the Sangguniang Tribung Aeta ng CADT-025A (STA).

Members present were Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region 3 (DENR-3), CDC, Subic-Clark Alliance for Development (SCAD), local government units (LGUs) of Bamban and Mabalacat, and WFI. (Subic Clark Alliance for  Development)
