The city-run Kapebaluan Café is set to serve three new seasonal hot drinks — 𝑵𝒖𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂 𝑯𝒐𝒕 𝑪𝒉𝒐𝒄𝒐, 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒍 𝑯𝒐𝒕 and 𝑴𝒐𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂 — to soothe the nippy weather brought about by the rainy season.
