Continuing his pursuit of a drug-free workplace, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. has ordered the administration of surprise drug test to some 47 employees of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and 57 personnel of the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO).
Upon the orders of Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., the Angeles City Anti-Drug Abuse Council conducted a surprise drug test on the personnel of the the Angeles City Gender and Development (GAD) Office on August 1, 2022.
