A series of exciting and meaningful events have been lined up as Angeles City celebrates the 30th year of Fiestang Kuliat.
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on August 23, 2022 presided in the meeting with the Local Council for the Protection of Children and the members of the local council as the city government strengthens its programs on the safety of Angeleño children.
Some 3,228 Angeleño boys, aged 10 and above, underwent free circumcision via “Magpatuli para Pogi,” the ‘operation tuli’ program of the Angeles City government’s and Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr.
The Angeles City government, led by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., will start administering booster shots to Angeleño minors aged 12 to 17 on August 8, 2022 in the six Rural Health Units (RHUs).
Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin, Jr. has awarded Medals of Excellence to 12 outstanding students from public and private schools in Angeles City on July 22, 2022. This is in recognition of the efforts of students both in academic and extracurricular activities, as well as to inspire them to value the essence of education.
