Angeles City was named Top Overall Performer in the 2023 SubayBAYANI Awards. The Department of the Interior and Local Government โ Angeles City, headed by Director Yvette Cosio, was also awarded as the Top Overall Performer for the local counterpart of DILG National.ย The awards were conferred on November 16, 2023 at Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay, Paraรฑaque City.
