Members of the Metro Clark Advisory Council (MCAC) recently passed a resolution expressing support on the Clark Development Corporation’s (CDC) plea to suspend the implementation of the Compensation and Position Classification System (CPCS) issued by the Governance Commission for Government-Owned and Controlled Corporation (GCG) to the state-owned firm.
