Residents from Barangays Pandan, Capaya, and Sapalibutad on January 12, 2024 adopted rescued dogs at the Angeles City Dog
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on June 8, 2022 handed over a birthday cake and cash incentive to centenarian Feliciano ‘Lolo Ciano’ Sicat in Barangay Pandan.
Centenarian Angeleño Feliciano Sicat of Barangay Pandan was handed a Certificate of Recognition and P100,000 by the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWD) and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
