Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. on September 9, 2023 deployed the Bilis Walis truck to conduct cleaning
The Angeles City government, led by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. has purchased a truck mounted street sweeper also called as ‘Bilis Walis’ truck, the first of its kind in Pampanga.
