Beneficiaries of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) in the region will showcase their products from November 18 to 21, 2021 at the activity center of the Walter Mart in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The physical trade fair will be held as restrictions are now being eased to help business recover.
