Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. on August 30, 2023 distributed P44,000 worth of cash incentives to the Angeleño Palarong Pambansa winners. The distribution was held at the Mayor’s Office, where Lazatin received the Angeleño student-athlete winners.
At the age of 102 years old, Apong Leonora Ibay of Barangay Santiago in the town of Lubao is one of the oldest living Kapampangans today. With more than 100 grandchildren from his 18 children, she is still very strong and energetic. Apong Leonora is the 784th senior citizen who received a P100,000 cash incentive from the Pampanga Capitol for those aged 95 and above.
