Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on June 8, 2022 handed over a birthday cake and cash incentive to centenarian Feliciano ‘Lolo Ciano’ Sicat in Barangay Pandan.
Centenarian Angeleño Feliciano Sicat of Barangay Pandan was handed a Certificate of Recognition and P100,000 by the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWD) and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
