Ang leptospirosis ay isang nakamamatay na sakit sanhi ng leptospira bacteria na maaaring makuha sa pagkakaroon ng contact sa tubig baha, partikular ng mga taong may sugat, o pagkain at pag-inom ng tubig na kontaminado ng ihi at dumi ng mga infected na hayop tulad ng daga.

Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Central Luzon warned aspirants of the upcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) that premature campaigning is an election offense.
