In celebration of its 21st cityhood charter anniversary, the City Government of San Fernando held a thanksgiving mass officiated by Archdiocese of San Fernando Archbishop Emeritus Paciano Aniceto earlier today, February 4, 2022 at the Metropolitan Cathedral.
