In a welcome development for the residents of the City of San Fernando and Floridablanca town in Pampanga, the San Fernando Electric Light and Power Company (SFELAPCO) announced that the power rates for September will remain the same as August, at P10.50 per kilowatt-hour (kWh).  This news comes despite a slight uptick in power consumption following days of warmer weather.

Reckoned to be one of the more significant museums outside of Metro Manila, the ADFM consists of two buildings. The first building features works by master Filipino visual artists including those by National Artists like Fernando C. Amorsolo and by Presidential Medal of Merit awardees such as Anita Magsaysay-Ho and Mauro “Malang” Santos.
