CILA expresses its apprehension on a possible environmental emergency in the Clark Freeport Zone with the Environmental Management Bureau’s(EMB) warning to Clark Water Corporation(CWC) that their Temporary Discharge permit may not be renewed when it expires on October 30,2021 and the wastewater treatment plant in Clark will have to close.
