The Tarlac Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 109 dismissed the civil case filed by Bamban Aeta Tribal Association Inc. (BATA) through Oscar B. Rivera against Clark Development Corporation (CDC) on the collection of a sum of money related to the indigenous group’s 20-percent share under the Joint Management Agreement (JMA).
