Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Pampanga has reiterated its warning to candidates of the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) 2023 against premature campaigning. Provincial Election Supervisor Lydia Florentino-Pangilinan said this is an election offense which may result in the disqualification of the candidates from holding public office.
Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Central Luzon warned aspirants of the upcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) that premature campaigning is an election offense.
COMELEC’s Second Division has dismissed an election protest filed by a candidate defeated by second termer Pampanga Governor Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda in the May 9, 2022 polls.
