The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) and the Fiscal Incentives Review Board (FIRB) of the Department of Finance briefed Subic Bay Freeport locators on the latest amendments on the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises (CREATE) Act last May 15.
