The Department of the Interior and Local Government said the Peace and Order Council (POC) of the Angeles City Government, led by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. is 100% functional. This, after the DILG released the list of local government units in Central Luzon with functional POCs for 2022.
