A grand gala night dubbed “Gabi ng Parangal, Pasasalamat at Hiyawan” at the Bulwagang KanLahi of the Diwa ng Tarlac culminated the four-day celebration of Tarlac Provincial Hospital’s (TPH) 100-year celebration.
Featuring over 100 budding and established artists, the Tarlac Art Fair is one of the activities in line with the celebration of the 150th Founding Anniversary of the province in May 2023
