City of San Fernando Mayor Vilma Caluag has been designated as the Chairperson of the Sites and Services Improvement Committee of the Diosdado Macapagal Government Center (DMGC) or commonly known as SACOP in Barangay Maimpis, following her meeting with the center’s key officers.
