Pampanga Third District Representative Aurelio “Dong” Gonzales, Jr. has refiled a bill making Pulung Bulu in City of San Fernando a Congress-instituted barangay.
Gonzales said civil engineers should oppose “attempts to practically disregard their oversight on public and private constructions.”
Pampanga 3rd District Representative Aurelio “Dong” Gonzales, Jr., via RBH 7, has proposed a Constitutional amendment on the term limits of elective officials in the country from the president down to the municipal or city level.
