DPWH completed a road concreting project in Capas, Tarlac. Implemented by Tarlac 2nd District Engineering Office, the P19-million project is located in sitio Paraiso, barangay Sta. Lucia.
DPWH has commenced construction of a 17.74-kilometer access road that will connect Subic Bay Freeport Zone to the Mabiga Exit of Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway.
