Seven bachelor programs from the City College of Angeles are now officially accredited by the Association of Local Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (ALCUCOA). The said accreditation brings privileges to CCA for qualification to apply and receive grants and scholarships for faculty, students, and staff; receive grants for research and extension projects; consultative assistance in the deployment of their students in internship, among others.
Some 500 scholars at the City College of Angeles will receive laptops to aid them in their studies. The laptops are donated by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) to the Angeles City government.
Mayor Carmelo βPogiβ Lazatin, Jr. said on November 17 that the City College of Angeles will soon implement a hybrid methodology of learning, or the combination of traditional classroom instruction and online learning activities.
