Now that the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Angeles City passed on first reading a resolution/ordinance banning e-bikes and e-trikes in the major thoroughfares of the city, most motorists can breathe a sigh of relief by not dealing with drivers of these “notorious on the road” drivers.
