Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) signed yesterday, 20 May, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the establishment of employee housing in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ).
