The Mabalacat City government, led by Mayor Crisostomo Garbo made history anew as Fiestang Caragan became one of the first face to face festivals in the Philippines, amid the slow down of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mabalacat City Councilor Win-Win Garbo, with Overall Festival Director June Magbalot, and some members of the fiesta organizing committee led the ribbon cutting rites at the Fiestang Caragan venue today, February 27,2022, signaling the start of the highly-anticipated weeklong revelry in the city.
