Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. revealed that the Angeles City government will stage the grandest and most prestigious Mutya Ning Angeles 2022 on December 8 at Grand Palazzo Royale, with the winner taking home ₱1 million worth of prizes.
Lumiere et Amour, will showcase the inimitable work of renowned Angeleño designer Frederick Policarpio.
