City of San Fernando Mayor Vilma B. Caluag, DOTr Assistant Secretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure James Andres Melad and DPWH-3 Assistant Regional Director Melquiades Sto. Domingo, along with City Administrator Engr. Nelson Lingat and project officers from the agencies and City Government led the groundbreaking rites for the illuminated bike lanes today, June 27 at the Heroes Hall.
