Members of the Hardinero Agriculture Cooperative in Sta. Ignacia town underwent skills training on mango processing provided by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Tarlac.  This initiative is under the DTI Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program which aims to help agrarian beneficiaries improve the quality of their products in a bid to cope with the demands of the market.
