By Angeleños. For Angeleños. With Angeleños. It is around this premise that KAPEBALUAN, the newest coffee place in Angeles City was built.
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. on January 25, 2022 receives the donated books which will be displayed at Kapebaluan, a soon-to-open café which highlights locally-produced coffee using green arabica beans and grown by Angeleño farmers.
