NHCP, Lubao LGU celebrate Apung Dadong’s 113th birth anniversary
The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP), in collaboration with the Municipal Government of Lubao, Pampanga, recently spearheaded a commemorative program to honor the 113th Birth Anniversary of President Diosdado Macapagal. This event took place on the 28th of September, 2023, at the Museo at Aklatan ni Diosdado Macapagal, located in Lubao, Pampanga.
