The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) piloted the Free Higher Automated Billing System Alpha Testing (FHE ABS) at Mabalacat City College (MCC) on Thursday, July 13.Β CHED selected MCC, despite being a community college, because its facilities meet the requirements of the system testing.
Today, May 18, coinciding with the founding anniversary of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Mabalacat City College inaugurated three (3) CHED-supported facilities: the MCC Learning Center at Barangay Sapang Biabas, the MCC Gymnasium and the MCC i-Lab.
To help address the nationβs unemployment problem, Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo (MCG) offers special programs, not only for new graduates but also for unemployed Mabalaquenians.
As part of promoting Education Tourism or Edu-Tourism in the city as well as strengthening relationships with foreign educational institutions, the Mabalacat City College (MCC) welcomed and toured more than 40 Korean students and representatives from Red Cross Korea last February 7.
