Mabalacat City passed all the areas of evaluation and garnered the highest rating in the recently concluded Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) for 2021 conducted by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
The Mabalacat City, led by Mayor Crisostomo Garbo is now gearing towards the rollout of its COVID-19 Home Care System to manage Mabalaqueños with mild coronavirus disease symptoms.
The independent survey, which was conducted from December 9 to 24, 2021, and participated in by 5,238 Mabalaqueños comprising 4% of the total voting population, showed that the incumbent administration’s slate is still the most preferred line-up to fill up Mabalacat City’s elective posts come May 2022.
Few hours before the New Year merriment, Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo received an unexpected surprise – a personal letter from one of the city’s social assistance beneficiaries thanking the city mayor for his support to sickly Mabalaqueños.
