The local government of Magalang in Pampanga is eyeing to build a town that is home to capacitated and well-mannered youth.

Magalang is thriving as a recreational and heritage tourism hotspot in the province of Pampanga. Mayor Maria Lourdes ‘Malu’ Lacson underscored that part of her top priorities as the reinstalled local chief executive of the town is to ensure the sustainability of all efforts to boost tourism.

Pampanga Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda led the turn-over of brand-new garbage trucks worth P4,350,000.00 to three (3) barangays in the province in ceremonies held in front of the Capitol Building, on Monday, July 18.
The Municipal government of Magalang recognized eight individuals who have made significant contributions to the town.
Pinangunahan ni Mayor Romulo “Romy” Pecson kasama si Vice Mayoral aspirant at Incumbment Three-Termer Councilor Koko Pangan Gonzales at ng mga Board of Directors ng Calson’s Development Corporation na pinangungunahan ni Ms. Rosario C. Sy (President, Calson’s Development Corporation) ang pagpapasinaya ng naturang Potable Water Supply.
