Central Luzon Regional Development Council (RDC) and National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) were recognized by the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) for their gender and development (GAD) initiatives.
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) reported that Central Luzon’s economy grew to P2.02 trillion in 2021 from P1.88 trillion in 2020, translating to a 7.4 percent increase in 2021 from a 13.9 percent decline in 2020.
