In celebration of World Children’s Day, several prominent structures under the Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) in north, south Luzon, and the Visayasβ NLEX Corporationβs headquarters in Balintawak, Caloocan; motorists rest stop NLEX Drive and Dine in Valenzuela; MPT Southβs LEED Gold Certified green headquarters South Hub in Imus, Cavite and the iconic Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway in Cebuβwere lit in blue to symbolize hope and a promise of safer roads and sustainable business practices that benefit children.

NLEX Corporation has recently received the Platinum Certification from Investors in People Philippines (IiP), a standard for people management, offering accreditation to organizations that adhere to the Investors in People Standard.

NLEX Corporation, in collaboration with the local government unit of Meycauayan, has started the widening of the Meycauayan northbound exit from two to three lanes. The tollway company will also construct new northbound exit at F. Raymundo in Barangay Pandayan as part of the Meycauayan decongestion project.
