Around P2.6 billion worth of infrastructure developments geared towards the safety and convenience of motorists have been implemented at the SCTEX since the NLEX Corporation took over the management, operation, and maintenance of the said expressway.
NLEX Corporation achieved another milestone as it received the latest versions of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001: 2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and the first tollway firm in the country to be certified for ISO 39001:2012 Road Traffic Safety Management System (RTSMS).

A livelihood opportunity opens for some residents of Caloocan City as the NLEX Corporation, in partnership with the Urban Farmers of Bel-Air and the City of Caloocan, recently launched the NLEX-SCTEX Community Farm aimed at helping its host communities achieve food security as well as provide them with additional source of income.
