A total of 163 closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras are now operating in the whole stretch of NLEX, SCTEX
The Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) has approved the toll rate adjustment for NLEX and authorized the implementation of an additional ₱7.00 in the open system and ₱0.36 per kilometer in the closed system, to take effect starting June 15.
The ‘Nickelodeon Safety First with PAW Patrol’ campaign, a collaboration between NLEX Corporation and Paramount Consumer Products, carries on with more NLEX Kiddie Patrol Days happening this June. NLEX has been continuously making creative social efforts and initiatives through programs and campaigns such as this to increase awareness on safety, which has always been its top priority.
NLEX Corporation has set up more weighbridge stations for truckers entering NLEX, SCTEX and NLEX Connector to help them comply with the anti-overloading policy of the government which aims to promote motortist safety and prevent early deterioration of road caused by overloading.
NLEX Corporation intensified its road safety campaign with the implementation of programs aimed at raising more awareness about road safety and discipline among motorists using NLEX, SCTEX and the new NLEX Connector.
