The Angeles city government in partnership with Ayala Malls opened the “Kalalangan Katimauan” (Art for Peace and Freedom) exhibit
Angeleño painter Norman Tiotuico on January 27, 2022 pays a courtesy visit to Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. to explain the proposed layout of the mural paintings that will be made near the One Town, One Product (OTOP) Store and at the Santungan Cultural Hub Project under the Abacan Bridge.
In keeping with his dedication to assist homegrown artists, Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. announced that the city government will shoulder the publication of a coffee table book that would chronicle the Art Movement in Angeles City and the province of Pampanga for the past 40 years.
Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. met with Angeleño artist Norman Tiotuico, to exchange views about the proposed mural that will be installed at the back of the Museo Ning Angeles and at the Santungan Cultural Hub Project under the Abacan Bridge.
