Clark Development Corporation (CDC) convened stakeholders to the first Clark Security Advisory Council meeting to beef up security measures within Clark Freeport Zone. PAGCOR has extended financial assistance worth PHP100,000 to each of the families of the five rescue workers in Malolos, Bulacan who perished in the line of duty at the height of Super Typhoon Karding last week. The state-run gaming firm also joined hands with the Bridges of Benevolent Initiative Foundation, Inc. (BBFI), the charitable arm of The Midori Clark Casino operated by BB International Leisure and Resort Development Corp. (BBI), in relief operations for Typhoon Karding victims in the provinces of Bulacan and Pampanga.
PAGCOR turned over P190.5-million to the Provincial Government of Pampanga. The fund will be used for the construction of the provincial hospital annex in Clark and purchase of dialysis and CT scan machines in the province.
Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., together with PAGCOR Chairperson Andrea Domingo and CCA President Francisco Villanueva, PhD, led the inauguration and blessing of the 4-storey, 20-classroom building at CCA.
