Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) partnered with Aertech Skills Training Institute, Inc. in rolling out academic and skills training for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) in Central Luzon. The partnership was forged under the Spreading HOPE (Helping Out People thru Education) Behind Bars which aims to integrate education in the rehabilitation of PDLs.
