Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. is urging pet owners to prioritize their pets’ health by getting them vaccinated against
The World Animal Day celebration in the Philippines was highlighted by a special blessing of pets, and the wedding of 15 four-legged couples led by Pomeranians Michi and Mochi.
In its continuing efforts in promoting the welfare of animals, the Angeles City government, led by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. has successfully spayed and neutered 44 pets on January 28, 2022.
