Opposition Senator Leila M. de Lima lambasted the continuing attempt being made by individuals to cover-up the anomalies in the multibillion-peso transaction between Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corp. and the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) by consistently refusing to attend Senate hearings.
