Smile Train, the worldβs largest cleft-focused organization, and Lifebox, a global nonprofit that saves lives through safer surgery and anesthesia, are distributing 40 pulse oximeters to 24 healthcare facilities in the Philippines, ultimately contributing to 52,000 safer surgeries in the Philippines over the next year.Β
Smile Train, the worldβs largest cleft-focused organization, and Team Empower, its signature endurance fundraising program , head to London for the TCS London Marathon, the worldβs largest annual fundraising event . Together with 50,000 other runners, celebrity couple Tim Yap and Javi Martinez, along with businessman and legislator, Cong. Sam Verzosa take on the challenge of the 26.2-mile course for a good cause.Β
