Putting premium on the welfare of animals, Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. has ordered the trap-neuter-release (TNR) and anti-rabies vaccination of stray pets in the premises of 53 public schools in Angeles City.
CIAC, with the help of the Angeles City Veterinary Office on Tuesday launched a trap-neuter-release (TNR) project for at least 15 stray cats wandering around the corporate office building premises to help control their population and maintain their well-being.
