Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. has ordered the City Engineer’s Office headed by Engr. Donato Dizon to form roving teams to immediately clear roads from obstructions. This is in view of the advisory from the DOST-PAGASA on the impending entry of Super Typhoon Betty in the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
