Angeles City Mayor Carmelo โPogiโ Lazatin Jr. has been named the Top 5 Mayor in Central Luzon by theย ๐ฅ๐ฃ-๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ป๐ฐ. (๐ฅ๐ฃ๐ ๐), a non-government organization which spearheaded the independent and non-commissioned performance appraisal survey, which revealed that Lazatin garnered a 78.92% appraisal rating.
